Mrs. Mona Gloff, Principal

Hello!  My name is Mona Henkes Gloff.  I graduated from Hamilton High School in 1975.  I first attended Texas Woman's University in Denton on a track scholarship.  In 1977, I transferred to Angelo State University for one year and completed my bachelor's degree at Texas A & M University in 1979.  My bachelor's degree is in Health and Physical Education with a minor in English.  I began teaching in 1980 in McGregor ISD.  I have since worked at Gatesville ISD and Pottsville ISD before settling down in Hamilton.  In 1983, I was hired as an 8th grade ELA teacher and coach.  After 21 years of coaching and many victories in volleyball, basketball, cross country and track, I began working as an administrator and earned by Master of Education degree from Tarleton State University in 2005.  I am presently the principal of Hamilton Junior High.

I am married to Hank Gloff.  We have three grown children and 4 grandchildren.  We love Hamilton and our schools.  We are Bulldog supporters and proud of our community and our school.
